
Stephen Slater FCA
Managing Director
Stephen is the managing director of Butler & Co (Bishops Waltham) Limited. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1980.
Stephen trained with a firm in Southampton and worked for several practices mainly in the Southampton area before joining Butler & Co and becoming a partner in 1993.
Stephen has great experience providing excellent client care and quality solutions to local businesses and individuals.
Away from work Stephen can often be seen dog walking, enjoying a pint or two in a pub in the South Hampshire area or during longer breaks visiting places of historical interest.

Sharon Gwynn MAAT
Payroll Manager
Sharon started working for Butler & Co in June 2004 as a payroll manager. She has over 20 years experience in bookkeeping, accounts and payroll from estate agents, the MOD to construction and mechanical industries. She became a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in 2006 and has an International Association of Bookkeepers qualification in manual and computerised payroll.
Away from work Sharon enjoys being with her family and helping out at events in the local school or running with friends to keep active.

Steven Ferris MAAT
Trainee Chartered Accountant
Steven joined Butler & Co (Bishops Waltham) Limited in August 2007 as an Accounts Assistant dealing with all aspects of accounts preparation, preparing VAT returns and assisting with audit work. He became a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in December 2008 having successfully sat the final exams in August 2008. He is currently registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is studying to take exams to qualify as a Chartered Accountant.
In his free time, Steven enjoys doing freelance journalism and networking within the games industry and keeping a related blog page updated.

Bridget Morby
Secretary/PA
Bridget joined Butler & Co in November 1999 as secretary to Stephen. She has over 20 years of experience of administration and clerical positions having previously worked for Hampshire Constabulary and local government in a variety of admin roles.
Away from work Bridget enjoys her garden and various handicraft activities.
